Non iron type

Yome -O(Absorb O2 & release CO2 )

1)Absorb O2 & release CO2 : It absorbs oxygen, and also releases equal and excessive carbon dioxide at the same time. So although the oxygen in packaging be removed, but the packaging will not deform. It is suitable for canned or bagged products.

2)Pass though metal detection: Using organic compounds as main material, which can pass through the metal detectors, once be put into food packaging, food also can be tested by metal detectors, which does not affect the detection effect.
            
3)Oil,water ,dust resistant film: The packaging material r is made of oil-and water-resistant paper film, which prevent oil and water of foods that blocked the absorbing holes of oxygen-absorbent which can caused losing effectiveness. 

Iron type

Yome -U (Universal type of oxygen absorbent)

1)Suitable the most product: Yome-u type could meet the needs of deoxygenation for the most product.   
                    
2)Oil , water ,dust resistant film: The packaging material r is made of oil-and water-resistant paper film, which prevent oil and water of foods that blocked the absorbing holes of oxygen-absorbent which can caused losing effectiveness.


Yome -B (Absorbs both oxygen and CO2)
1) Absorbs both oxygen and CO2: It absorbs oxygen and carbon dioxide at the same time, which can prevent from taste changing and bag expanding caused by carbon dioxide, which is produced by food fermentation and maturation.

2)Oil , water ,dust resistant film: The packaging material is made of oil-and water-resistant paper film, which prevent oil and water of foods that blocked the absorbing holes of oxygen-absorbent which can caused losing effectiveness.


Yome -D (Absorbs oxygen and moisture)
1)Absorbs oxygen and moisture: It absorbs oxygen and also has a strong ability to absorb moisture, which can effectively prevent the impact from water and oxygen on the product.

Yome -Q (Quick-acting type)

1)Quick -acting type: It absorbs oxygen and makes the package shrink very quickly to keep package bag structure .  
          
2)Oil , water ,dust resistant film: The packaging material is made of oil-and water-resistant paper film, which prevent oil and water of foods that blocked the absorbing holes of oxygen-absorbent which can caused losing effectiveness.


Yome -I (O2 absorbent with indicator)

1)Indicating type Oxygen absorbent
This kind oxygen absorbent combines the function of the oxygen indicator and oxygen absorber together. Oxygen free or oxygen existent in the packaging container can be quickly judged by observing the color of the oxygen indicator. For the convenience of visual inspection of product quality, it has become the main inspection method for pastry products.

     If the color of oxygen indicator is pink, oxygen free in packaging container and the Oxygen absorbent has been working well.
     If the color of oxygen indicator is blue, oxygen existent in packaging container, and it is necessary to check whether the packing container is leaking, the air permeability of the packing material is up to the standard, and the Oxygen absorbent works well.

2)Dust resistant film: The packaging material is made of dust resistant paper film, which prevent dust leaked from the absorbing hole of oxygen absorbent which can caused food pollution.

The basic functions of Yome oxygen absorbent:

1)Prevent the growth of mould and prevent the damage from insect and insect eggs.
2)Prevent food rancidity due to the excessive oxidation value caused by oxidation of oil and fat.
3)Prevent discoloration and flavor change due to oxidation of food,to keep the its original flavor and nutrition.
4)There is still oxygen left in the package by Vacuum packaging or nitrogen filled packaging. Using oxygen scavenger can decrease the oxygen content rate to below 0.1%, to prevent the growth of insect egg and microorganism, and extend the shelf life of food.

Bake: Mid Autumn moon cake, Europe cake, waffles, Swiss rolls, pie, Mochi, green bean cake, walnut cake, wife cake, sweet green rice ball, and so on.
Nuts and Roasted seeds: Pistachios, coffee beans , Macadamia nut , apricot kernel , pine nuts, pecan, walnut, chestnut, peanut, melon seeds, Multi flavored bean etc.
Meat products: Dried beef,Dried pork,Chicken wings, sausage, ham sausage, dried meat slice,Dried meat floss, Dry salted duck. etc..
Aquatic products and Dry food: Grilled fish, dried shrimps,Shredded squid,Dried scallop,Dried fish,Tea, Dried fruit,, dried vegetables, persimmon, rice etc..
Medical and health care products: Chinese medicinal materials, medical products, health care products.
Other products: pet food, tobacco, hobby and so on.

“d”: Shelf-life (date)
“a” : Total oxygen uptake of oxygen scavenger (cc)
“b” :Oxygen permeable rate of packaging material(cc/m2*day)
“c” : Area of packaging(m2)



How to make the Oxygen Scavenger to achieve the best effect?

1.Choosing high air barrier packing material.
Please choose packaging material with high air barrier property, the oxygen permeable rate is lower than 20mI/M2.24Hrs.atm.
Recommended package material:
1)KOP/CPP, NY/PE, KPET/PE, KNY/PE, and PET/AL/PE,but do not choose OPP/CPP, PP or PE.
2)Tin cans, lead tank, PET tank and glass bottle.

2. Calculating the Oxygen content in packaging
Oxygen content in packaging (CC)= (Volume of the whole package-Volume of the products)*0.21


Please note the air content in food.
According to the oxygen content in packaging, please choose the appropriate type of Oxygen absorbent.
